New Day ~ New Plan

Here we go, a new day deserves a new attitude. Today I am am going to focus simply with the few people I am working with and I am shutting down the options where anyone in the company can send me messages. Perhaps focus is the answer that will work today. I will give that a try and let you know how that works.

Actually it did help some. I was able to quick run through and see only things marked as urgent. I may leave it this way for a few weeks.

I spend my day helping people who have made it through training, and still need some extra help and learning. I listen to the conversations with clients and check for compliance. Then hopefully we all keep improving and moving forward and I start over with a new group of people. (It's is sort of like the company is paying for private tutoring.
