Kenya

They have their native origin in Africa and some parts of India. They are rich in proteins, fiber, they lower cholesterol levels among others. Can be made into snacks, vegetable oil and can be cooked with other foods such as plantains . I love it so much especially the one prepared by pan roasting. Have you tasted it?

I also like roasted sesame seeds, they have a nutty flavor.

I have sesame oil and sesame seeds in the house. I use them a lot in cooking, especially Korean food.

We use sesame seeds quite regularly here. It's often a topping for buns and bread.

I have. I've used the oil and paste in cooking and I've had many snacks made from sesame. I must try pan roasted sometime soon. It sounds very good.
