now elderly are allowed to go out

although they do go out already but not in malls. but now they are allowed as long as they completed the vaccine.
the cases here are declining. that's why the rules are more relaxed. but in rural areas cases are up so they are still in stricter rules.

They should still avoid it though.
Elderly people.
Will be best because getting a vaccine still doesn't mean 100% protection.

We the elderly who have our 2 shots can go for walks around the neighborhood with masks and keeping social distance.
