Cat Tower For Kitties

I was thinking, we did not have one of these. A cat tower. Our other two cats were not into this sort of thing. But I think Grayson would love it, and when Cal comes over on Wednesday's and on the weekends, I think they would both like it.
It has two little houses, so they can share and have their own little space.
I found it on Amazon, and the price was cheap. Only $70. It should arrive on Saturday according to the site.
Do you think the kitties will like this?

$70 doesn't seem cheap to me. 
But then again I do not own a cat so have not bought stuff like that.

I think they will. I know our three would, we just don't have the space in our home for one, that's not to close to an off-limits zone.
