The days drag, but also go quickly

I attempted some things and did not succeed, then I went to Jane's. Stayed more than two hours.
Came home, mowed the front lawn. We snacked at noon.
This evening I made boiled dilled potatoes and salmon, and we had applesauce. Tomorrow Bob has a doctor appointment, and needs to go fasting.
We got hubby a new phone yesterday. Back to the flip phone. I got that set up. Now I need to learn how to use it so I can teach him. He did not need or want a smart phone, and he had dropped the one I got for him and cracked the screen to smithereens.
I paid some bills tonight and certainly spent more than what I earned from myLot but it is always nice to add that bit to my Paypal account.
I think I am ready to go to bed.

He prefers the flip phone. I need to figure out how to text on it as I really want him to learn to text.

@GardenGerty My hubby did too. But he is starting to enjoy the smart phone he has now. When we switched to Sprint they didnt have any flip phones. Hubby hated texting before because you use the keypad for the letters. Now that he can see a keyboard he dont mind it.

My husband does not want a smart phone and does not use the features. Since he broke his, I was glad to get him what he wanted.

@GardenGerty My husband is the same, he only want a simple phone to place calls, he does not even care to send txt messages.

He said all the time he could not hear on his smart phone I got him and that other people could not hear him either. Then he dropped it and shattered it. We only buy very inexpensive phones so I am glad to get him what he prefers.

@GardenGerty That's true. To a degree, I've shoved things here, there and everywhere to get some floor space. But now we have some shelving and storage, I'll go through things more carefully and try to find permanent homes for various items.

He had a flip phone before. It was old and no longer supported. I got him a smart phone but it was more expensive for the minutes and he did not use it to get online or anything, so this was good.
