Hi guys,
Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I believe in the below quote that when life gives us hundred reasons to cry, we can find million reasons to laugh and stay strong.
Every phase of life is different for all of us. There are ups and downs in life. When bad times are going, instead of breaking down much, we all can find something or other to make us feel happy. It may be anything like helping others, learning new hobby, making someone smile etc.
I too am human. I try to practice it as much as I can in life. Share your thoughts about it. Have a good day. Take care!!

I agree but it's difficult at the same time. It's not so easy to smile and laugh when we breakdown
