I keep getting these calls, so I typed one in search

I get calls for area code 888, and 887, and 886. I typed the most recent one into my search bar. The results came back in what appeared to be Chinese. I wanted to know where they were coming from. It may be that they do come from China.

I only pick up if they are in my directory. Otherwise, if it is important they can leave a message.

I have received calls with these area codes but I have never answered them. Unless the name is in my contact list I don't answer the phone.

Scammers use spoofer numbers or voip numbers in order to lower international costs to call people on the other side of the w world.
