Having a normal sleep pattern is very important.

We should sleep at night and wake up in the morning and not stay awake the whole night and sleep in the morning or the afternoon. That disrupt the normal sleeping pattern. And also if you stay awake the whole night you would disturb the other people in the house. Thankfully i am able to sleep soundly tonight and it's 4. in the morning still early but i had enough sleep already. Good morning people i hope you have a good day today. I'm hoping to do a lot of things later on and accomplish a lot maybe i would do gardening also. So what are your plans for today. Do you have your schedule full.

You seem to forget that myLot spans the globe. You can't ask Europeans what their plans are about 'today'. I haven't been to bed yet.

I am glad you are able to sleep early and wake up early too. My parents would have loved me a lot more if i was able to do that. I have been trying to sleep early since very long. But, it's not becoming a habit at all. I will actively put in efforts to sleep early today. Thank you for the reminder and have an awesome day!

yes you have to force yourself to sleep on time. by maybe just rest not be busy. good day too. im guessing its 7 am there

@pandawrites so it is like you are 2.5 hours behind my time here locally. yes that's very early and you are still not sleepy. it is good though you have posted here

I sleep mostly during the day. It just depends, actually. I still get the required sleep.

When it comes to my sleep, it's amazing I'm not insomniac so much now. I can easily fall asleep and have dreams when it's time to wake up. Hope this pattern continues till my insomnia is gone

It is June 21st and it's afternoon here. I went out grocery shopping this morning. I plan to do laundry this afternoon.
