The end of year evaluation

The Zoom meet with my supervisor was scheduled for 11:30 am. I logged in at 11:20 and he was on at 11:22. We were done with the "evaluation" part in like 120 seconds. He said "I looked over everything. It looks fine. Domain 4 will be all 3s, okay?" I said "sure" and that was it. I spent hours doing all of that stuff and, as I predicted, he looked at it for 5 minutes. Such a waste of my time.
Anyway it went fine so I am done with that for another year. He claimed not to remember what I am teaching next year. I don't believe that at all but I wasn't going to push it. There was a rumor that a bio teacher would be teaching Earth science next year but he said that he didn't think that was going to be the case. That is really all I am concerned about. I've been teaching the middle and lower level classes of biology. That is fine with me. Just don't make me teach an entirely new subject that I know nothing about.

Glad your evaluation went well and quickly,
Hope they don't change up your teaching for next year.

You know, I really do not like those "year end evaluations" but I know it is part of the job.

Apparently he has the same “high opinion” of the year-end evaluation process that you do.

I'm glad your evaluation went so well. I hope you are teaching what you know next term.
