It's been a busy day today. I'm finally home and able to interact with you. Yesterday was a good day for food and fitness. Here are the numbers, beginning with my weight. Wake-Up Weight - 177 After Exercise Weight - 176.4 Calories Burned Exercise - 111 Minutes Swimming - 29 Minutes - 134 Foot Cycle - 55 Minutes - 309 Steps - 17,160 Calories Burned - 2229 Calories Consumed Breakfast 2 Eggs 1 Slice Turkey Bacon 1 Banana Total - 275 Lunch 2 Pollock 3 Servings Riced Cauliflower and Sweet Potatoes Total - 310 Snack 1.5 Cups Apple Slices 4 Servings - Almond Butter 1 Banana Total - 936 Grand total - 1521 Net - -708 There are 8 tablespoons in a half cup of almond butter. 1 Serving is two tablespoons = 190 per serving. I went to see my new doctor yesterday. Aside from my visit to the ER and an emergency injury center last year, this was my first doctor's visit since March 2020. I am heavier than I want to be, but a lot lighter than I thought. Because I have about seven conditions going on in my legs, exercise is difficult. But, my new doctor prescribed two very important medications that are now enabling me to stand longer. So, I should be able to get back to walking soon. I'm not one to meticulously keep track of my calories. But, I do try to keep my intake down to 1200. For medical reasons, I also avoid gluten, dairy, and red meat. I drink water throughout the day. In fact, I drink four 48-ounce jugs of water each day. That is how I was able to lose fifteen pounds since January.

I'm glad you can stand longer now and will soon be able to walk. That much water would keep me up all night in the bathroom. The diet I'm on eliminates gluten and dairy from my diet. Not meat. I'm on the Paleo diet plan.

@Chellezhere I'm not tracking my water, but I know I'm getting enough. I always have a water bottle wherever I am, and somehow I'm always replacing them.

@just4him I've been drinking at least that much water for so long that I only get up once or twice in the night. When it comes to meat, I only avoid red meat.

I think you did great, as always. Numbers all look great. I still am not doing great...but my weight is mostly maintaining, probably because of all the water I am getting.

No exercise for me yet but I did get my blood sugar down to 137. I am still trying to get it down lower but so glad I am at the point I am. You are doing terrific with the eating, weight, and food. Keep it up.
