Daily Blogging Challenge: Day 163

It’s been a bit, so I figured I’d do a Daily Blogging Challenge. I’m kind of glad I decided to only do these when I feel like it, rather than forcing myself to do them every day. These last few months have been sort of... Distracting? Crazy? I don’t know, but definitely not the time to force myself to do a blogging challenge every day.
So anyway, onto the Daily Blogging Challenge.
“How do you do your hair/makeup? Why?”
It depends on the day and what I’m doing, to be honest. If I’m going out, I may leave it down or styled in some way other than a ponytail or bun. But I do wind up pulling it back eventually. I like to look nice, but I also need a break from my hair in my face at some point lol.
If I’m staying home, or if it’s hot out, I may put it in a bun, ponytail or braid, but mainly a bun. I don’t need to style my hair all cute to work or lounge lol.
As for makeup, I mainly just wear lip balm or lip gloss because that’s what I prefer.
I’m a very casual individual, but that’s okay. :)

Aw thanks! I think to each their own. If it makes them happy to wear it, then they should do it. It's just not my thing. I'm kind of lazy, plus I don't want to wear anything that could cause my face to break out, as I've always had issues with acne off and on.

I need to start using chap stick again. Other than that, I simply use a hair tie/scrunchie to pull my hair into usually a low ponytale. I see no reason to try to do anything fancy with it.

I'll do something with it if I'm going out or something and feel like it, but otherwise, it's usually in a bun or ponytail. No reason to keep it in my face while I'm working, babysitting, lounging, etc.
I like the flavored chapsticks, and of course the lip balms. I probably have more lip balm than necessary but I don't care lol.
