A Friend Lost Her House To Fire / myLot

The other night a friend text me and told my that a friend we know lost her house. But the only good thing, she has been living with her brother, not far from where he lives. She has been taking care of him for over a year. But it's still pretty sad everything you have worked for is gone. So much sadness, I have been really busy today. Made an appointment to see my husband tomorrow. How is the weather where you live?

Still hot and humid as you well know! We missed the rain today. Big grey cloud and thunder but it decided to pay someone else a visit! So sorry to hear of your friend's house being lost to fire. It is a blessing that she wasn't at home though. Take care!

That is so sad for your friend. And it seems unfair for it to happen while she was taking care of her brother. But at least she is safe.

Weather is dull here. Actually it's rainy season, but no signs of rain, rained for only couple of days in the start of the month, but nothing now. I guess all the houses in the US are insured, isn't it? Hope your friend has an insurance.
