Why? I love them too. I like Liliha Bakery's ones. I've tried other brands, just not as good as bakery ones.

@oahuwriter I used to do that, too, till I realized the blood test could reflect my intake three months back. My endocrinologist frowned at me.

No, though okra too us called ladyfingers, they're 2 very different items. Ladyfinger sponge cake calls for...
Flour, eggs, cornstarch, powdered sugar...

It's chewy, dark color as poi us purple ??. Bakery cake donut, has cinnamon - just a spark of spice. Yum!

Me too. When younger, you're more active, so it's ok more often. At Senior Citizen age, once in a long while, is best.
