Hope you all are doing good. I am doing good too. I feel we shouldn't underestimate our abilities to do anything.
That's done by other people, especially your boss

I hope some can relate to it. Luckily I didn't had such bosses when was working. They were very supportive towards me.

Actually, no one can underestimate us unless we allow them to. I always take feedback to improve myself but never let the idea creep into my mind that I am useless. I know I am capable of doing great things and work

@sjvg1976 Oh! I am sorry about that. But good that you are acknowledging and accepting it. That is the first step towards improving your situation. We all are human and vulnerable to criticism around us and an overdose of it can really make us feel bad. I am not sure but you have to find ways to come out of it soon else the grip will get stronger. There must be things that make you feel good and distracted. You need to pamper yourself for a while and keep away from negativity as much as possible.

@arunima25 that's what I am doing and try to cope up with the things. I always try to distract my mind when I am at home but when I enter office my head starts paining.

I found the post related to me. Presently I have been feeling low because of my boss. He has been always after me and tries to find out the fault and flaws in me and never appreciate good things done by me. It doesn't happen when you are at work you don't do anything good . Why he is always keen on finding the mistakes only. I think I need to do something for it. I cannot go against him as you know what happens when an employee goes against a boss. I will have to tolerate him and need to increase my tolerance till I don't have anything else to do.

Maybe you are favorite timepass of your boss.When he gets angry he finds you.
As he can't vent it at his home or else he won't get food

We should not allow others to underestimate us.. that's what I feel, boss hmm they always look for chances to show our faults ..so don't give them any chance..
