First Time.

ube cream cheese pandesal

I have been wanting to make this for a long time now. I had the ingredients with me for a weeks already but did not have the time, chance and the confidence to do this. I am quite new in using yeast. But for a first time to do this, I am so happy with the result. I finally made Ube cream cheese pandesal (Purple Yam bread rolls with cream cheese filling). It is common for Filipinos to have bread rolls (pandesal) but recently they level it up and add purple yam to it. The bread is so soft and even I put the leftover inside the ref, it is still soft. What is for breakfast/lunch/dinner?

Those look so good. Are yams the same as sweet potato?

This looks really good and I like the natural color they get. I had spaghetti for lunch. I think I will make guacamole and quesadillas for dinner.

@rakski It is Tuesday morning here too and today is a holiday (Catholic holiday - St.Peter&St.Paul day). I think it is not as hot as yesterday, I could cook something today.

They look cute and tasty combined. But I want to know what is Ube? Just asking. I've heard of ube from study vlogs. For breakfast I had wheat bread with ham and milk. For lunch, rice, veg curry, dal (lentil soup), and a mango. Potato chips for snacks and now going to cook beans and roti for dinner.

We don't actually have breakfast but brunch and dinner only. In the morning, right after we wake up, we have cup of tea or coffee with biscuits, sometimes it depend on season
