BMW’s Sleek New Electric Scooter Is a City Commuter Straight Out of a Sci-Fi Novel.
Yes more and more of this stuff, I cannot see electric scooters be driven in any heavy
traffic streets any where any country. Unless they will have special lane for it.

I don't see why you think this electric scooter cannot be driven in heavy traffic. It has completely adequate power, acceleration and manoeuvrability for the job, although the wheelbase does seem to be a little long to me.
My only concern (at a first look, anyway) is that it doesn't have the clear footwell which, it seems to me, is the defining feature of a scooter and makes mounting and dismounting much quicker and simpler and is a boon to any delivery driver. For me, anyway, that makes it much more of a 'bike' than a 'scooter'. Other things I don't like about it are the very poor accommodation for a pillion passenger and the very short - practically non-existent - rear mudguard, which means that following traffic will be liberally sprayed in any wet weather!

Well the problem with all scooters the max speed is about 25-30 miles so in reality cannot be driven
in highway (or freeway) In Las Vegas I can see lots of them all over the place but they are allowed
only in city streets .

@coolsite The article claims that it has a top speed of 75 mph, though I think it might seriously reduce the range (which I can't find listed anywhere) to take it at that speed for a long run. To be fair, it's designed as a commuter bike, not a long range bike.

Good idea but I agree should have special lanes for them,

It's just a motorcycle. Why wouldn't it be able to drive in regular traffic?
