This actually looks great and can be replaced looking at the benefits we can get from Juice as compared to tea or coffee and one of my colleague is doing this from a week and I know one week is not much but still, he is saying that he's feeling much better and lighter now like sometimes we experience the stiffness and heaviness but as per him he's enjoying the switch and looking forward to keeping it for longer time.
He has reduced his tea intake to only 2 cups a day from 4-5 cups.
Can you Replace your morning tea/ coffee with fresh juice?

Yes, I could. But I usually drink green tea in the morning, and grain coffee in the evening which are much more healthy for you. And Bancha tea (which is a kind of Japanese green tea made from the leaves and twigs of the Bancha tree) is really healthy and you can have it as many times a day as you like.

@Butterfingers It is very good. It is also supposed to be calming if you've had a stressful day.

I am not addicted to tea and coffee. I can have them when offered or else go without it for months together without any craving for it. I take fresh fruits. I avoid fresh fruit juice as they are not as good as fruits for diabetics like me.

I do not think it is practically possible to take juice everyday, specially for one who is in the habit of taking green tea/tea.

@Butterfingers Yes we used to but now with so many fruits growing in the garden we preferred eating them. I have preserved juices but we have them any time in the day.

It's hard to replace coffee with juice in the morning. I want a hot beverage in the morning.

I seldom drink coffee and green tea. My sister having high blood pressure always drinks coffee almost consumes 4 mugs a day. Her weight did not reduce no matter how she drinks plentiful mugs of tea, simply because she loves to eat sweets and foods with high carbo. I cannot advise her, she always gets mad. When I feel happy and over the moon, she does not.

Yes, I can do it, but if I don't have morning coffee I get headaches. I think it's caffeine.

My sugar counts are under control and if I were to have fresh juice every day, they would not be. I will stick to my coffee.
