"Some days are like that"

What a friend of mine used to say when I told him I had a bad day. But, I have to tell myself, "All things work together for good..."
Ay. Today I was supposed to have a session on the phone with a new doctor. Again, I thought it was going to be on the phone, but after a lot of climbing through crossed wires it turned out to be a chat on the computer.
The lady kept saying I was supposed to have clicked some green phone button on my computer, and I told her I never saw any green phone button.
A lot of the things she said were not very helpful, especially since one of the things she said (of course I can't remember what it was) triggered an anxiety attack, which made it difficult for me to concentrate on what else she was saying.
The phone rang, and it was a friend offering to give me a ride to a baby shower, but I told her I wasn't going.
Then someone else called and I ignored it, and when I called the mattress place to see why my new bed had not been delivered, I was told that the guys in the truck (which I never saw out the window or heard, much less heard anyone knock) waited fifteen minutes (after calling, which that phone call I didn't answer evidently was) and left.
Sigh. So supposedly I am supposed to get another phone call with a delivery time for tomorrow. They'll probably want to come while I'm at church. Sigh.
Well, things will work out, though thankfully God has way better future vision than me.

It does sound like a rather messed up day. It is a shame the person on the phone about the appointment was not very helpful.

Now that's the truth, let Him handle it. It will only bring you down, I know. Hope things lighten up soon.

I really don't know. I personally hope they wait until Monday.
