Whew! Let's get it poppin' today! Coffee in my hand, I have tons of work to do. So let's just start that last weekend was my volunteer firefighter orientation. It was 8 hours for two days and I got through it. I'm proud of myself and so many others are proud of me as well. I got my helmet tag and pager so I can officially go to calls now. I have to keep my gear in the bag in the house since I don't have my own vehicle yet and I have to transfer it all the time. However, because I was at orientation over the weekend, I didn't get a lot of stuff done around the house. So now I have to do it all today. That means I need to clean the fish, vacuum mom's computer room because she cleaned her room...finally, fold laundry, put some stuff up for sale, possibly make a sale and I still need to practice with my gear. Let's also add all the computer work that I need to catch up on and the reading and the coloring and the writing lol. That stuff is more for fun than work but still, it's my chill period of the day so it needs to be worked in or I'll get overwhelmed. I'm going to try and prioritize things today to maybe help not make me a crazy lady but I'm not sure how well it will work lol. Dad has his procedure today so the parents will be gone all day and I should be able to figure out something that works. The next step is rookie school. After that sky is the limit lol. I'm excited and I'm hoping that excitement carries me through the day lol. What is everyone else up to? *picture from google
