Help! It's Floating.

The other day, I did something to mess up my phone keyboard. Usually, it is underneath the page but now it is floating on it. It is a major distraction and it interferes with the rest of the page. It is an LG keyboard, LG phone. I googled it and it says to press on a symbol and drag it down but none of the symbols are there. I hope one of you IT people can tell me how to fix it. I had two people try and they can't figure it out either.

I have the same problem. In discussions, it isn't a huge problem but with messages, the keyboard covers up the dialogue box and I can't see what I'm typing. I have tried everything to fix it but nothing will change it that I know of. I'll keep an eye on this discussion to see if any smart people respond with an answer.

I know there are some excellent computer people here. I hope somebody has a clue what to do. It is driving me crazy. I have never encountered anything like this before.

@akalinus I tried resetting the device and everything else related to the keyboard but nothing has helped. It won't do this on other sites, just MyLot. I'm stumped. My son works for Intel and he said to buy a new phone lol.

There's usually a button you can press in modes to fix it. I'd have to look at the settings of my husband's old phone to give better details.

LG is not a user friendly I guess. I never used it. check this not sure still it will help or not.

I did something even better. I figured out how to load G Board on it. The letters are farther apart so I don't make so many mistakes typing. And I can find emojis while writing online. I could not figure out how to load them on the LG keyboard. The best thing is that it is on the bottom where it belongs.

I put a G Board keyboard on it. It is now in the right place and it lets me find emojis online when I am writing. It is bigger and there is space between the letters. It makes it easier to write without so many typos.
