Vaccination Update

Nothing much to update. Still haven't received a notification from our local government unit after more than three months. I registered in two because I have legitimate addresses in both. I also upgraded my vaccine classification based on the recent announcements by our government. I've gone ahead and sent a follow-up email to both. I doubt if something will happen to it. My money is that nothing will happen. Anyway, there are plans to have a medical team visit the condominium where I live and have a vaccination set-up for the residents. This is the plan forwarded by both condominium associations almost at the same time. I'm guessing it was one week apart and I got to find out just this Wednesday. Hopefully, it pushes through and hopefully, the vaccine brand is the preferred one. It is crazy that governments are trying to pit the vaccinated people against the unvaccinated ones. Typical divide and conquer rule. Have you been vaccinated? How long did you have to wait?

Most governments are exactly doing this, pit the vaccinated against the unvaccinated, childish attitude that will bring nowhere, only more hate.

Typical move from the powerful elite so the masses are distracted to realize who is the true enemy.

@LadyDuck it is something that I tell my family, friends, and colleagues. This isn't about us vs them but all of us vs CoVid-19 and the people/organizations behind it.

@allen0187 Exactly, but you are right about "divide et impera" (divide and rule), it was well known since ancient Greece.

I got my first dose Sinovac 4 days ago, I could remember only wait about 1 hour there. We don't need an appointment anymore here, when we come to the vaccination site we will enter the queue. If we got call then we need to submit our identity at the registration section so that it can be recorded and then we will be asked and consulted if there are no problems we will go to the injection site and we have to wait a few minutes to see the reaction from vaccine.

Yes this is what they are doing now. Discriminating the unvaccinated. Youre write divide and conquer so we will be controlled. At least this is what I heard in France. In my area, thankfully that doesn't exist yet.

@allen0187 how was it? I understand barangay units in urbanized cities are not that attached to their constituents unlike here. Each zone in the barangay are monitored by barangay health workers who personally knows every household. Even with our LGU we have a list of our household in the whole town.

Yes, In the spring I got both vaccines. I got mine before the health department was giving them out, by joining a vaccine group. They posted about shots being available in different areas. I liked where I got mine..it was very well managed.

My first dose of Astrazeneca was last May and my second dose will be on Aug 17. Our Homeowners association here, organized a vaccination schedule for the residents. I think they require minimum of 200 people to be vaccinated before they were approved of the request from the local government
