Backpacks for Kids in Need

Every year from the time Amber was little we have bought two or three backpacks for kids in need, got necessary school supplies, and this year was the same. It is a tradition I don’t want to die, I don’t buy insanely expensive backpacks for the kids, but I try to pick out ones I think a child will like.
I was also able to get some stuff I needed, and markers for the kids at Church because ours are a little worse for the wear…
And of course I made sure to get Little Miss and Amber notebooks lol, it’s a kind of standing joke…

So good of you, to help, for so many in need even without a pandemic, so many in need. Just in the news, today, people are like you, donations gathered for those in need.

@oahuwriter Last year, I simply upturn an add on marketplace had parents let me know when they were coming and them gave them the backpack and supplies free of charge…

It is…We have taken part for years…I used to give Amber the money and let her shop for the supplies, then put it on the bus, when they filled the bus, it always made her so happy
