Even if we don't plan meals for other days I feel it's possible for weekends or at least for the Sunday just to treat yourself to something that keeps you going for the entire week like this week I have planned to have Chole bhature which is deep fried Fluffy Indian wheat bread made from all purpose flour with chick peas and of course salad and curd and it's my favorite.
Do you like to plan your meals in advance? Or you plan for weekends only? Have you planned anything this weekend?

@RebeccasFarm , you will have a long, long life with that kind of discipline. I seldom eat meat and oily foods. I love to eat no cooking oil foods but prefer salads with different spices.

I try to plan a weeks meals so that I know what we're having each night. It just seems to make it easier but of course I'm always ready for something different if it needs adjusting.
