A Stroll along the Dal Lake, Srinagar - a memory

This was a our first package tour when there were hardly any tour conductors. We were a small group and our tour covered several places including Delhi, Agra, Jabalpur, Jammu @ Kashmir
Our hotel was facing the Dal Lake in Srinagar. We would both get to the improvised kitchen early in the morning and have our tea there and then go for our morning walk along the Lake The weather was just nice - cold for me but we had woolies on.
Sitting in my favourite corner I often go through my travel memories and relive them.

@crossbones27 Travel as you know is expensive but if you give up on diamonds and such expensive purchases you can save up for travel.

Glad that you are enjoying your tour. It always good to go on picnics/tours and refresh our body, mind and soul, rather than sitting idle in one corner. Enjoy your tour
