A friend shared this video with me today. I was amazed to hear President Ronald Reagan's speech from the 1980's still relevant today.
And the excerpts of the absurd happenings in our country were just appalling. I am sure President Reagan would not be very proud of his country today.
It was worth 1:43 seconds of my time to watch the video. Here is the link if you care to listen. For those of you not aware of what is going on in the US, it might be worth your time to watch.

Visited their website and this is part of their slogan:
..."WE THE PEOPLE is an American brand dedicated to Conservative values. Our wine is made for Americans by Americans. American exceptionalism, free markets, free people, free speech and limited government are what we stand for."
In 1776, American Patriots changed the course of history with “We the People.”In 2021, we’re being called to fight for our nation once again. And we’ll win w...

The government is suppose to be of the people, by the people, and for the people. The government wants to control our nation, it was never meant to be this way. Dictatorship is communism, bluntly put.

@CarolDM Regan saw this problem way back in the 80s, before it got out of control.

We the people is a hard line. Over the years, it has meant many different groups. My fervent wish would that all of us could see the value in all of us!

Reagan's words are so true. As are Merle Haggard's: "If you don't love it, leave it."

Deja vu with those scenes of rioting, etc. You're right about Reagan not being proud of this country today. I don't know what the answer is.
