Sailed on the water

Good evening mylot,
I had a trip to the far island. We had gone for a medical research.
I hadn't been on a ferry, so it was a nice experience in my life. The journey proved well at first,just at the shores but as we expended into the water; I lost the interest as the water wasn't friendly at the mid of the lake.
The Victoria waters are very harsh at the mid as the waves seriously hit the ferry continuously and what made the situation worse; it was windy.
I hadn't sailed on water before but now I don't feel like sailing again.
And you, have you ever sailed on water

Yes I have been on a ferry at the coastal region in my country it's a good experience

When I was in the Philippines, I've been in the small ferry and rough conditions many times. But still, it was fun. LOL

I have and ferry rides can indeed be pretty rough depending on the weather.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience sailing on the lake.
Yes, I've sailed on Table Rock Lake multiple time as well as swam in the lake since I was little. Whether it was a good experience or not just depended on the conditions on and around the lake at the time we sailed. (I also learned how to ski on Table Rock Lake many years ago. That's always a lot of fun.)

Yes, I've been on the water many times. I get seasick unless I am out in the fresh air.
