Am this person who enjoys traveling but I usually experience this nausea ,dizziness and sometimes throwing up especially after taking something and I feel so bad about it. I have to travel without taking anything . I never had this problem but after having my first child, that's when I started experiencing this . So sad

My elder daughter suffers from motion sickness. So we feed her some light meal one and half hours before travel with motion sickness medicine. Traveling on empty stomach can sometimes worsen the situation.

@Laurakemunto The medication helps. But being on empty stomach might cause more trouble with nausea and dizziness. A light meal an hour before helps.

I used to have that problem but there's a tablet you can take just before your trip.. you can talk to your doctor about it..

me too...i've always been afraid of riding in a vehicle with a strong perfume smell...it's always happened since i was a kid..but as i grew up i got used to riding in a vehicle and tried to suggest to myself that i can go through things that make me nauseous or dizzy..yes..there's a slight change but still a bit nauseous and dizzy too...but I think I've started to adapt to the effects of riding a certain vehicle
