If you don't know you're unhappy, are you?

One cannot be unhappy and not know of it. But one can be unhappy without knowing the reason. Some times I get a very upsetting feeling and I try to find out what made me so upset but I cant think of a reason. Its just a state of mind i think.

Of course you aren't happy because ow can you be? Happiness, and unhappiness, is a state of mind and only the person concerned is aware of how they actually do feel. Therefore, if a person doesn't know that they are unhappy, then they cannot be so.
