It's Monday once again and once again I'm in a great mood. It's not only the perfect coffee that my husband made. It's also the fact that I start Rookie School tonight. If I could get the computer work done today that would make it a perfect day lol. It sounds weird, I know that any type of school to a 30 year old would be epic and exciting but when it comes to firefighting...it is. Being volunteer we don't get the full Academy training but close. We have three academy teachers training us over the next month. I'm going tonight with a few people I know so that should make it more enjoyable. I know it's going to be challenging but in the end if you're not having even a little fun, I think you're doing something wrong. My husband got to go to the Arson class over the weekend and I was so bummed out. It was the one class that I really wanted to go to. Then he comes home and tells me that I can take the same course online and get the same certificate that he's getting. I'm so excited. I need to find a couple days to sit and actually take the class. It's only a two day thing and take a test. I really can't wait. I'm going through the book that they gave him first, then the class. I got this!! Did I mention that I'm super excited lol. Oh well, I have to chill enough to get some work done. What's everyone up to? *picture from google
