I feel old enough already without trying to read the numbers on the back of a gift card. I just wanted to know my balance. I wrote the phone number down on a piece of scrap paper, then the card number, then the pin number. All because I wanted to be able to enter them easily and that is difficult if you are holding a magnifying glass in your hand. I wrote the phone number down wrong. Ended up with a site that kept sending me to various offers, like car insurance and medicare coverage and a life alert button. Press the # key if this does not apply to you. ################# Then I got a robot that listened to me, and could not find what I was looking for. Wanted to give me a new number to call. I looked through my magnifying glass again, saw my mistake, and tried the correct number. Luckily for me I had written everything else down correctly. I actually have a decent balance and we may use it on Sunday. Something to look forward to.
