I was browsing something on the other site when reading this new thing for me. According to her, she created a 'gumamela' or hibiscus jam as a project in high school. I cannot imagine myself spreading it to a piece of bread.
Have you ever tried to make one?
How does it taste?

Hibiscus tea is good for high cholesterol and high blood pressure, too. I drink it sometimes.

First time I've heard about it. I'll be reluctant to try it.

I heard about hibiscus tea, but never about jam.
They say it has many health benefits... especially the red hibiscus..

I've eaten hibiscus flowers and drank hibiscus tea but have never heard of making them into jam before.
The flowers are crisp with a kind of fruity taste.
