Breaking news!! Patriots fans out there pay attention!!
The New England Patriots have just released Quarterback Cam Newton.
This means they will be starting their rookie, Mac Jones.
Is he truly ready to take this mantle?
Can he lead the Patriots in a victory against Tom Brady and his Bucs?
Oh, this season is going to be hot! Hot! Hot!
On the flip side of that coin, will Newton get another team before the season actually starts or will he be on the home sidelines watching the season play out on the couch?
Oh what will happen?

I'm not a patriots fan by a long shot nor do I really like Newton but he should have been kept.

@CarolDM I've seen some and yeah he's better lol. I've seen that with a few teams where their rookie is better than the vet but they refuse to trade places.

Cam is a loose cannon, and although I haven't been following it, don't know that he has been playing well in the pre season.

He didn't start playing well until the rumor of Jones taking the starting position got to him. Then he balled out but apparently it was too late.
