I've been up since about six. I spoke to a director the other day about an interview, and she said something about coming in at 8:30 a.m. For some reason, I wasn't sure in my head if that was the time of my interview, or the time I'd be coming in for work (which, looking back, would be silly because I would be a substitute, and it might be different times). So, after not being able to get ahold of a Lyft, I walked down the road. Turned out the school was only three blocks (?) from the apartment complex. I got there a little before 8:30, and thankfully, 8:30 was actually the time I was supposed to be there. The lady I spoke to on the phone led me in and to the office. We had a much shorter chat than I thought we would, and she showed me around the school, then she said I would come in Tuesday for an "orientation". Oh my gosh. There are a couple of medical tests that I have to renew, and she gave me a bunch of papers to fill out--there are more papers (college transcripts) I need to hunt down. I know what I'll be doing this weekend. Hope that your morning/afternoon/evening has been going well in your part of myLot land !
