It’s Labor Day in my neck of the woods (USA), but I’m not doing anything special for it. I don’t really think about it, to be honest, and I’ve taken enough time off of work. Obviously, I had a good reason for doing so, but it’s time to get some money flowing into my bank account. Anyway, we’re cooking out but that’s really about it. We’re not planning for anyone to come over or anything, even though my younger sister did stop by for a little while earlier. She was invited to stick around and eat, of course, but she had to get back home. I used the mini exercise bike (basically, it’s just the pedals and you can sit in your own chair) earlier. My sister bought it for my Momma, and she told us we could keep it, so I’m putting it to good use. I used it for about 30 minutes, and I’m hoping to get in another 30 minutes before bed tonight. I’d love to try to use it at least five days a week, as well as this exercise app (which is stuff like yoga poses, jumping jacks, etc.) on Saturdays. I’m not doing anything like that on Sundays though lol. But if I could get into the habit of exercising 5-6 days a week, that would be great. I’m also trying to get back into a writing routine. I cleared out a space on the unused desk in the dining room (nothing to do with Mom’s passing. One of my nieces used the PC on the desk, but she now has her own laptop that she uses in her bedroom), so now I have a workspace that doesn’t really need to be cleared off when it’s time to eat lol. It’s not perfect because some things still need to be moved, but it’s doable for now. Anywho, I added one Fiverr client back to my writing schedule, and depending on how I feel, I’ll add another client back next week. I'm mainly focusing on Textbroker at the moment. I know, I need to take care of myself, and I’m doing just that, but I cannot afford to take off work much longer. I’ll be fine. I could use the distraction anyway. Lying around watching movies and TV can only go so far. Also, I don’t know if I’m watching WWE Raw tonight. I was going to try to ease back into it, but it’s later than I thought it was, and I don’t know if I feel like moving into the living room. Other than in the car, I haven’t really listened to New Kids On The Block in a while because movies and TV shows have been my escape, so I’m listening to them right now on Spotify (music streaming service). Anywho, I’m going to eat because I think the grilled hot dogs are done, and then I’m going to get started on work. You all stay safe and take care. :) Photo Credit: Pixabay.

Lol, it's not an accident for me. I guess I just don't care much about Labor Day, at least not this year. I took off for nearly three weeks after my Mom passed last month, and being self-employed, I need to get back to work.

@crossbones27 Lol. I'd rather not go to the beach right now anyway. Whenever we celebrate it, we do so at home, and that's just fine by me lol. I'm totally here for the cookout food though.
