Do you go for morning walk

Many people go for morning walk to keep themselves physically fit. Waking up early in the morning and going for morning walk is the basic things for some of the people. Some people start their day by doing a morning walk. Morning walk helps a lot, it maintains the flow of blood throughout the body and increase the intake of oxygen (fresh air) in our body. Not only by morning walk by doing yoga can also increase mental and physical fitness.

i don't, but i try to go out during the day or evening. what matters is to stay active

Yes. I always have my morning walk especially when the weather is so nice

No .. i never go for morning walk ..thats not possible.. at all
