It is the same problem everywhere. Today's kids are busy glued to their smarty phones. It seems there is no other life, no other interests, no other activities. Too much viewing of smart phone can gradually destroy or decrease some of the natural interests of man. To reproduce is one of those natural interests. In future, people may not have desire to have a child. This has ready happened in some countries. The number of old people has increased. In future, it may increase even further, gradually leading to human extinction
