I'm Feeling A Little "Off" Today.

Ugh, I'm feeling a little "off" today (and for some reason, feeling "off" is my way of saying it's my anxiety). I hate it when this happens.
It hit me when I finally sat at my workspace. I know it's not the work itself because I like the work and the clients, plus I'm self-employed so I can work on my own time (as long as I meet my deadlines). I could chalk it up to grief, but this has been an ongoing thing for years, hence why I'm medicated for anxiety. I'm thinking maybe it's because I'm still a little tired? I don't know. I fell asleep later than I had intended to, and then woke up an hour later than I wanted to (to make a phone call) and then dozed back off. And sometimes, there just isn't a reason for it, but that's anxiety.
I think it's starting to pass though. I may take a power nap to see if it helps it to fully pass. It's either that or I'm gonna push through it, but I have work to do today, and I'm not skipping it. I don't want to feel overtired though, so I'll just set an alarm. I'm also hoping posting this will help as well. You know, letting the feelings out.
Otherwise, I'll put something calming on TV (I've been getting into the old show "Maude" so maybe I'll watch that) and focus on my work. But here's to hoping it passes soon so that I can down to business without having to push through it. *Fingers Crossed*
