Record Book for passwords

I just bought a big book (record book) I had a bad experience before I wrote all my websites and apps passwords into a notepad only. And then one day my laptop died and not working anymore. So all my passwords were also inaccessible. So this time I need to make it sure I have a copy in a notebook. Where do you record your websites and apps passwords?

I made password log myself. It's better to write down and in code too, in case someone read the book.

This is a good idea for you. I trust the real notebook rather than the digital apps. Your passwords shall be safer if you keep your notebook well. As to me, I tend to memorize the passwords in my head

I autosave my passwords in my laptop and mobile phone. Plus, I have a system in coming up with passwords so I remember the passwords.
