Frugal Cooking: Late breakfast (vegetarian)

I had the last of a baguette that I would have had to throw away, so this morning I decided to use it as the base for my breakfast. Topping it with the tomato, squash, and garlic mixture I made the other day, which I heated, it made a fairly low calorie breakfast. I topped it with a little bit of Parmesan cheese that I crisped up in a pan and a slim baby broccoli lightly grilled. I have enough for two! Care to join me?

I cannot guarantee that the second half won't be eaten by the time you get here. You mean that you would eat my concoction? Without complaining that it had a piece of garlic in it or you don't like broccoli or whatever other things I get around here when I post food! LOL it ain't Burger king! Nobody can have it their way!
