Is the best gift the most expensive?

People are fond of giving and receiving gifts, mostly on birthdays, christmas time time etc... How do we feel which a good gift is? The most expensive gift ? Some people do buy very expensive gifts to present. Some others say it is not really the gift that matters, but your goodwill behind the gift.

Materialistic people will be thinking of the gift's worth. Non-materialistic on the other hand will find value in the thought of the matter. Me, I'm more on the sentemental side of the coin.

Of course not. Sometimes a gift can show how thoughtful and careful you are to others. Such as you know someone who likes something for quite a long time and then you give it as a gift. It will be a wonderful gift already.

Of course its not..it is the thought that counts. Unless you are a greedy sod that wants the most expensive of everything.
