Curse Words In A Job Ad?!?!?

This is the first time I have ever seen an ad for a job with a curse word in it!! The ad said if your tired of the bull____,, fill in the blank, or something similar. This was directed towards Free Lancers. I know they want to get to the point, but let's keep things professional! This is a formal job

I had no idea that a free lancer had a formal job, most I've know took gigs if they wanted to work or refused them if they weren't in the mood. Most of the free lancers I've met were appraisers.
