And nobody told them. Young couple He 19 She 16 Made baby. Then found out that they had the same dad. What would be the best way forward for these two rather unfortunate young people now? My initial thoughts were take baby to see grandad. The only grandad.

The Baby Seems to be well. No apparent deformities according to one local.source. Bit weird though Both the babies mother and father calling the same person dad.

The girls mum said the boy was the spitting image of the girls father And it all came to a head when the boys mum confirmed his name.

Good suggestion and I hope the baby is well and he will not get problems growing up. A child from half brother is not very good from a medical perspective.

@JimBo452020 They did not know to be half brother, the parents should have informed them when they were dating.

@LadyDuck Well I think the mothers of the two of them didn't know they were.dating. And the mothers never knew each other anyway. Don't think it could have been avoided given neither knew who their dad was

@sallypup Wouldn't say he is a perv It takes two, doesn't it. So the women are as responsible.as he is Which appears to be a bit of a joke really.

Is the baby well? They are very young, their mothers surely knew that they have the same dad.

Aye but in Scotland there is a huge problem Half siblings cannot live as man and wife and have babies. I found it hard to believe they didn't know they had the same dad

I do not think it is that serious because the mother is different. The best course is to accept it and just go and meet dad.

There's a case here where a man married her university sweetheart and have a baby. Then they found out they have the same dad. The dad married his mother, then divorced, never return again. He later on, married her mother and passed away. The talk about the dad was never brought up it seems, until that day.

It has happened here to. Used to watch a show on tv that did DNA tests for people trying to find relatives. I feel bad for the couple as they did not know. Now they have a few very hard decisions to make.

@wolfgirl569 I know It must be hard for them to embrace and love in the same.way they did when they.created the baby. But perhaps knowing they are half siblings will strengthen that bond in ways we non sibling shaggers could ever understand
