Marukai, in their ad is going to have mooncakes, a 4 pack. Too much for me. Chinese celebrate Moon Festival, September 21, this year, for harvest time & Moon appreciation, so sites say. I just like mooncakes. I waited in line today, for a 7.07 mooncakes today.

Our favorite Chinese restaurant celebrates the Moon Festival also. We haven't been to that place to eat since before the pandemic, I miss that.

@oahuwriter It is heartbreaking, and there seems to be no end in sight now that we are in the fourth wave.

September 21st, is southward equinox. On this day, the Chinese believe that the moon is at its brightest and fullest size, coinciding with harvest time in the middle of Autumn.

Oh moon festival. Is this that festival which is shown in Chinese webseries mostly where the teenage couples hang out together wearing traditional dresses?

It's 2 inches thick! I'm cutting it instead of biting it.

I haven't heard of this festival. I've heard of Chinese mooncakes for Chinese New Year. I'm glad you could buy one.
