By now you all know what pakora is. Pakora is something dipped in gram flour batter and deep fried. It can be sliced onions, capsicum potato, sweet potato................. Bread slices are also similarly deep fried in gram flour batter to which chili powder and salt is added. We thought it had stopped raining but suddenly there was downpour and what better way to face it than with a hot cup of tea and bread pakora dipped in tomato ketch up. Forgot to click a photo. You can always make them at short notice, specially when guests arrive without notice.

Depends on you If you do not want it to be spicy then you can reduce the amount of chili powder added.

Once, canteen at work sold something like this. There's filling in between the bread, making it like small fried sandwiches.

Yes, I like bread pakora. Its taste doubles when eaten with a cup of tea when it's raining.

A rainy day is ideal for such a snack with a hot cup of tea.
