Mocktail of the Day #2: Virgin Espresso

Don't have an espresso machine? No worries! You can buy blocks of espresso at Dollar Tree for $1.00 to use with your regular coffee maker. Want K-cups? Cafe Bustelo may be found online at Keurig.com. An espresso blend may be found on the website InFusiocoffee.com, which I personally use. Then, you have the option of looking in your local grocery store. Espresso, vanilla syrup (you can even use vanilla extract I personally think), water and ice cubes. Often you can find vanilla syrup at Dollar Tree, but I think maybe more towards the winter season.
