The lockdown is much lighter in my country now that so many people have been vaccinated. That, for me, means starting social life again. And that, also, means all sorts of extras in my grocery list. The last time I went to Dixie´s, I brought the blue cheese and some fresh mushrooms. Yesterday, between Tania and I, we ate all the Camembert cheese I had bought. And we opened the last bottle of good wine I had. Although in my country there are no "bad" wines, we have come to a point in our lives where we only buy good and expensive to eat. Tania want to visit me at least once every week while she is in Santiago. And she already has asked me what to cook on each occation. She even sent me a whatsapp, in case we forgot about it. When she went away yesterday, I checked at the recipes and discovered that I don´t have several ingredients. I don´t even have rice to make a risotto (one of the dishes she wants). And I will have to buy liquors too. I took my bottle of Jack Daniels some time ago to drink with Humberto. And I need white wine and cognac for another dish Tania wants. This list looks like the times I went to the supermarket before the pandemia "just to buy some bread". I got tempted and bought a lot more than what I needed. I´ll do this in peace as Nicolás, the gardener said that he will not come as it is raining. More mylotting for me
