The nap and the garden. Not enough.

I don´t know what happens with the hours. They fly by. Today the gardener came but as usual he never starts by the first task I give him. He has his ideas and I can´t do a thing to change that. Still, he is not lazy so I have to give in. Today he went away when I was napping (clever of him) leaving some of the things that should have been first for another day. And he texted me saying that he could come on Tuesday. Could I receive him? I said I´d think about it. Messages come and messages go. He is completly deaf so that´s the way we talk with each other. I was not going to take a nap. But coming and going to bring Tania´s and my things to the kitchen, putting away my groceries, leaving Tania´s in the living room floor (not very elegant) except for some things that had to be put in the fridge tired me. Sometimes I yearn for one of those professional fridges. Imagine! Just for one person. Anyway, I lay down for a second, fell asleep and it was then when the gardener went away. I´ll have to think tomorrow whether I can do myself part of the job or pay him another day.

@toniganzon It is not easy here to get people to work for you. I was frustrated with myself too. I should have been awake.

@marguicha when people get me frustrated, i don’t want to deal with them again.

I like this one. I simply should not have taken a nap.

@rakski I get along with him usually. But today I also received the groceries and had to put them away.

@marguicha then maybe you can try again but make sure not to take a nap and see how it works out

He is not professional. If I paid a real gardener, I would have to pay over twice the amount I give him. And I don´t have that kind of money.

What a sneaky gardener. I think it is this change of season that has me falling asleep whenever I lay down, Otherwise I could just lay down and read and then go back to working on my laptop.

If he was very clever he would not be working for me, I guess.

Yes. And the gardener did a lot of things all the same.
