September 26 - What I'm Thankful for Today

Another night of little sleep. I grabbed a couple of power naps today. However, this is the day the LORD has made and I WILL REJOICE and be GLAD in it.
I'm thankful for the sleep I did get. I'm surprised I'm still wide awake. I expect I'll fall asleep again during the game tonight.
I'm thankful for getting to church today. With my car still sitting at the Y parking lot, I got a ride to and from church this morning. It was a great morning with the sermon, hugs, and the church plant meeting after church.
I'm thankful I got the notifications finished this morning. I'll do what I can now before the game starts.
Okay, that's my day. Not much. I took the day off for the most part, letting my back heal. It feels great not to have anything to do with everything finished in the apartment.
My plans tomorrow are to get to the pool. My son should be picking me up early. Then it will be getting the car towed to the garage and hoping the cost won't be more than I can afford.

I'm thankful the pain in my knee is gone. I've suffered for quite some time with it and God answered my prayers.

@kobesbuddy I couldn't watch the whole game. In fact, I didn't make it past the first quarter. However, the Pack won. 30-28. I checked the news first thing this morning.

I've had those car issues and it's definitely a kick in the pants.

@Marilynda1225 Thank you. I'm not paying that price for the car. I reported them to the BBB.
