How come brats come in a five pack when buns come in a six pack? Not everyone will find a use for that extra bun. We should boycott until they add an extra brat or make buns in five packs.

I just use it to make a sandwich. It works fine if you roll some lunchmeat up and slip it into the bun or you can use the bun when you make sloppy joes.

@Vikingswest1 I made sloppy joe yesterday just to use up two extra buns we had in the fridge.

Makes you buy more. Or else they’re packaged by people raised on this “new math.”

@Vikingswest1 I guess if you buy 6 packages of brats and 5 packages of buns, it evens out. -----------As luck would have it, 30 brats is my typical serving size. I know it doesn't sound like much but I just can't eat as much as I used to.

Bratwurst comes in two or four pack here, I have no idea about the buns.

! agree. And why do Thai restaurants bring couples five sticks of satay? Are they owned by divorce lawyers?
