Cats know how to stretch

This is Ria. She is growing up and this is the first time I see her stretching. She has seen her brother Peppie doing it. Cats need no training. They are independent creatures. Clicked this just now and I am happy to share it with you

Even dogs stretch too. My pet dog before stretched his body when saw me coming. I missed my pet dog Baupper.

Actually, stretching relaxes our body so we do. The same is the case with the animals. @cacay1

@sjvg1976 Stretching is done in many different ways. I have gone for classes for that Even surya namaskar is a kind of stretching and while stretching a breathing pattern has to be followed.

@allknowing if you call stretching a yoga then we don't need a trainer for it. We can do it by ourself.

We used a can of air and when the cats scratched out furniture we pushed the air button and they got scared and quit. Now they do not scratch the furniture anymore.
